Welcome to Redwall's Legacy

Please feel free to look around. We have many fun things to do here at Redwall's Legacy, including a vermin friendly RPG forum, Redwall gallery, fan-fiction, contests, recipes, and more! We have an active community and invite you join.  We would like to stress one matter though: Remember to have fun! :)

Story Arcs in progress: Yes

  • Harack, a young male squirrel living at Redwall Abbey, has caught a disease called mange that is known to be extremely contagious. His fur has begun to fall out, exposing an unsightly rash that is spreading across his entire body. The brothers and sisters of the abbey have been advised to not have physical contact with Harack, but nevertheless to be kind to him and sympathetic of his situation.

Redwall Abbey Status

  • A small group of vermin has been spotted in Mossflower. They have already demonstrated brutality, but seem to be largely content if left alone. The north-eastern side of Mossflower Forest has been declared off limits for the time being...

Season: The Slow-Budding Spring

Members of the Month: Pending

Special Events:
We have just begun a new story arc (above). Feel free to jump in. Namaste is in charge of the main storyline, so ask her if you have any questions. Threads you feel should be included in the final publication can be nominated in the Recommendation childboard.

Namaste has also announced that she is back to work on the official comprehensive map of the entire Redwall world! Keep your eye out for the final version.

Welcome to the many beasts who have joined us in the last few months! And especially warm welcome to our newest active members: RaKel, Rorgus, Songbreeze, and Kaello McScutta. Your presence (and even better, your posts!) are much welcome and appreciated. Raise a glass to a long and prosperous stay!

What inspired Redwall's Legacy?

Redwall's Legacy, was first conceived of, in honor of the famous Starfire's Redwall Abbey. This Redwall site was the product of a Redwall fan who called herself "Starfire". Due to some unfortunate occurrences, Starfire's Redwall Abbey, closed its doors to the internet, on March 13, 2004.

Redwall's Legacy, in honor of SRA, opened it's doors on the same day of the year, and now is making an attempt at capturing the magic and feel that SRA did so many years ago.

If you are new to the Redwall Online Community (ROC), Please feel free to join us, and learn of its extensive past. Veterans and newbies alike are invited and welcome. Currently, there are some available positions at Redwall which need filling. If you are interested at holding a position, please feel free to ask in the "Redwall's Legacy Positions" thread in the forum.

A hearty welcome to members new and old; veterans who stuck out the winter and those just arriving or returning. With a fresh season and fresh arrivals come fresh ideas. We can't wait to see them come to fruition. But the fruit only comes with patience and hard work. We commend the work done by those here. Feel free to plant new ideas or dig up some old ones that could blossom again with a little loving care.

And who can work on an empty stomach? We are, as always, looking for quality recipe submissions. Please feel free to experiment and submit your best. Those that are particularly noteworthy will be included in our self-publication once compiled for this year.

But if you want to talk books and publication, you'll have to talk to Seth, or Namaste. As for me, it's such a beautiful day out, with spring finally here. How could any beast stay inside on such a lovely afternoon? Even a beast such as myself must be drawn away from my beloved books into the lovely sun to see what is happening in the greater world.

Come join us.
